NYS DOH Removes Hep C Med Restrictions in FFS Medicaid
During its regularly scheduled meeting on April 27, 2016, the state’s Drug Utilization Review Board, the panel that provides oversight over the Medicaid formulary, voted to eliminate most restrictions on prescribing hepatitis C medications for all Medicaid fee-for-service patients, reflecting the latest clinical criteria.
