In this advanced session of our Hep C Patient Navigation series, NHRC will review the basics of Hep C and drug use as well as current landscape trends. A comprehensive review of NASTAD’s Hep C Community Toolkit will help patient navigators, caseworkers, test/prevention counselors and other providers enhance skills to better navigate community members safely through the care cascade.
