Nurse Practitioner HIV/Hep C Program
Brooklyn Hospital is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide primary care to HIV+ and at-risk adolescents, adults and pediatric patients, as well as patients with Hepatitis C.
The FNP will provide leadership to PATH’s PrEP initiative, and will contribute to performance improvement activities.
The Brooklyn Hospital Center is a Designated AIDS Center supported by NYSDOH and the federal Ryan White Program. We provide HIV primary care and psychosocial services to over 1,300 patients annually through 2 sites in Brooklyn.
