Program: Palliative Care

Reports to: Program Manager Palliative Care, Bronx, NY

Summary: Pioneering harm reduction agency located in the South Bronx seeks committed, mission-oriented, drug policy reformer to manage our syringe access portfolio of programming. Primary job requirements and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required
• Recent graduates with supervisory, contract & project managment and community activism experince.
• Bilingual English/Spanish – Preferred
• Strong communication skills – written and oral are required
• Knowledge of HIV, AIDS, STD’s, Hepatitis, substance use and drug policy-related issues.
• Knowledge/experience of the issues affecting the homeless.
• Computer savvy, with a proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of AIRS desirable) – Obviously.
• Clean New York State driver’s license -required
• Outreach experience – preferred
