Description of Job:
The peer will be responsible for conducting appointment reminder calls, recruiting new patients in to the HCV care and treatment program, attending community outreach events, speak to patients regarding their HCV treatment and adherence, assistance with groups. The peer will also assist with light administrative duties in the clinic as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
GED or high school diploma, personal experience with HIV/HCV and must be comfortable sharing their experiences with patients.

Schedule:
Per diem hours for a maximum of 9 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible.
