  • This 5-year grant from NYS consists of five deliverables to help advance NYS Hep C Elimination Plan where Hep C is no longer a public health threat and Hep C inequities are eliminated.
  • Hep C Elimination Coalition: NYC Chapter Kickoff meeting. October 28 (11 AM – 12 PM) RVSP & November 1 (2 – 3 PM) RSVP
  • This coalition will advance the priorities of the New York State Elimination Plan within New York City to increase awareness for Hep C prevention among community members and educate state policy makers on funding priorities for Hep C elimination.
