  • Analyzed case notes from Feb 2017 to Mar 2019 about participants care experiences, support availability, and barriers to care. A care linkage plan was developed with each participant.
  • Top 2 barriers to care:
    • Participants had a family-related barrier to care: the unavailability of childcare
    • Participants did not feel that Hep B care was a priority for them.

  • CBWCHC conducted 7 community outreach events from 2023 to 2024

    • Challenges: attendance, language barriers, screening & age groups
