- Analyzed case notes from Feb 2017 to Mar 2019 about participants care experiences, support availability, and barriers to care. A care linkage plan was developed with each participant.
- Top 2 barriers to care:
- Participants had a family-related barrier to care: the unavailability of childcare
- Participants did not feel that Hep B care was a priority for them.

- CBWCHC conducted 7 community outreach events from 2023 to 2024
- Reached ~3,200 people through health fairs
- Challenges: attendance, language barriers, screening & age groups
