How a Twitter Chat works
-
- The host organization, @HispanicFed, will tweet out the questions labeled Q1, Q2, etc.
- Reply/answer by using A1, A2, etc. in front of your tweets (eg. A7 … – this would be the beginning of the answer to Q7).
- Include #HepFreeNYC hashtag (not case sensitive) in ALL of your tweets.
- Tag your partners and local City Council Member/Congressperson ! *Link to Council Members tool*
- Other hashtags to use: #NYCHepElimination #EndHepNYC #LiverHealth #HepatitisAwareness Month
- Every few minutes, the host organization will tweet the next question, and it continues.
We recommend that organizations work with their comms team to prepare replies for the questions in advance. You can also tweet on the fly, like or re-tweet. Join the conversation on May 8th at 2PM by typing #HepFreeNYC in the search box of X (Twitter) and click on “Latest” to follow along.
