At the Queens Hep C Task Force meeting, participants learned about the Hep Free NYC Faith-based Initiative, Hep C Services at Brightpoint Health - Queens Health Home, and the Hep C Statewide Elimination Summit.
Over 50 professionals convened to learn about new Hep C services in Harlem, updates on Project INSPIRE, a new LGBTQ Hepatitis Initiative, and hepatitis advocacy events throughout NYS.
The meeting included an update on the NYC Health Dept Hepatitis Surveillance report, and allowed for planning of committee activities in 2017.
