The National Viral Hepatitis Roundtable (NVHR) is offering program booster mini‐grants for one year to NVHR member organizations working on hepatitis C education, screening and linkage to care activities. To be eligible, applicants must become non-profit NVHR members no later than Monday, February 26, 2018.
Seven awards will be given in the amount of $10,000 each. The main purpose of this Request for Proposal is to enhance the capacity of NVHR members to conduct hepatitis C education, testing and linkage to care in their local communities. Mini-grantees will receive access to a broader national context for best practices as well as mentorship by NVHR staff and fellow mini-grant recipients.
