CVS Caremark Community Grants Program Offers Funding for Organizations Serving the Uninsured

Applicants must be nonprofit organizations in states with CVS/pharmacy stores. Qualifying organizations are eligible for grants of up to $5,000 each.

Grant Requirements

Please note the following requirements for the Community Grant program:

  • Qualifying organizations are eligible for grants up to $5,000.
  • All nonprofit organizations applying for a Community Grant for this type of program ARE REQUIRED to provide their EIN number before they can begin the eligibility quiz.
  • Organizations must be serving communities where CVS Caremark has a business presence. This includes organizations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico with the exception of Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota, and Arkansas.
  • All CVS Caremark Community Grant Applications must be submitted online.

Grants to support organizations that provide access to health care and health education for at risk and underserved populations

We support programs that ensure that more underserved populations receive needed quality health care through providers who participate in accountable community health care programs. We also support programs providing health education to at risk or underserved populations. There is no age limit on proposed programs that create greater access to health care services. Apply here.
