Sample Facebook post

Of the nearly 5.3 million people living with #hepatitis B (#HBV) and/or hepatitis C (#HCV) in the U.S., as many as 65 percent are not aware of their infection. There are nearly 55,000 new transmissions each year, and between 2010 and 2013 the U.S. saw an increase of more than 150% new infections. The current budget for the CDC Division of Viral Hepatitis is nowhere near the estimate need.

We urge #Congress to increase funding for the Division for Viral Hepatitis, which will allow for increased testing, education, and surveillance.
