Meeting Notes, Hep C Prevention in Youth CommitteeCommunity partners met to addresses the increase of prescription medication misuse as well as intranasal and injection drug use, that has contributed to increased rates of Hepatitis B and C nationally.
Members of the LGBTQ Initiative met to organize panel discussions on Hepatitis; help develop a LGBTQ hepatitis personal stories workshop; help produce LGBTQ hepatitis resources; and plan for Pride events.
Our Bronx Hep C Task Force meeting included a presentation on Project INSPIRE and updates on the End of Hep C Initiative.
