Presentations include the Statewide Hep C Elimination Plan, Accomplishments and Next Steps for Project INSPIRE, and NYC Policy and Advocacy Updates.
Presentations included Bronx Lebanon's Check Hep B Patient Navigation and Community Health Worker Program and the NEW LGBTQ Hepatitis Resource Card.
Presentations include descriptions of Hep C services at both Brightpoint Health Bay Street Health Center and Community Health Action of Staten Island, as well as a screening of the Hep C Prevention in Youth video.
The Brooklyn Hep C Task Force Meeting featured a presentation on Hep C treatment and harm reduction on medical mobile units in Brooklyn, and Hep C policy updates.
At the meeting, Korean Community Services presented their Hep B Awareness materials and gave an update on Team HBV NYC.
At the meeting, Hep C Task Force Ad Board members developed Hep Free NYC goals for 2017.
