The NYS Assembly currently plans to only restore prescriber prevails for fee for service patients and atypical antipsychotics in managed care. This leaves millions of patients without prescriber prevails.
The Assembly will be finalizing their one house bill today.
Could you call Speaker Silver’s office and Assemblyman Gottfried’s office today and ask that:
“Prescriber prevails must be restored for ALL drug classes in Medicaid managed care in the Assembly one house bill.”
