Data Coordinator
NYC Department of Homeless Services
This is a temporary, long-term, hybrid position; at least three days in the office in Bushwick Brooklyn is required.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary data management point of contact for the care coordination programs, ensuring coordinated data collection across multiple REDCap databases.
-Develop and maintain REDCap databases for the care coordination program.
-Coordinate with care coordination program supervisors to resolve data issues and ensure timely corrections.
-Develop and maintain standardized data entry and quality assurance procedures aligned with the care coordination program workflow.
-Provide data entry training and ongoing technical support to program staff.
-Match and utilize internal DHS case management system data to assess program outcomes and support evaluation activities.
-Generate routine case selection reports and produce a monthly progress monitoring report.
-Lead program evaluation and produce the annual funder report.
-Fulfill ad hoc data requests to support program operations and leadership needs.
Qualifications
A baccalaureate or master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, or a closely related field from an accredited college and one year of experience in data management and reporting in an area related to the duties described above.
