Public Health Solutions on behalf of the NYC Health Department, will be requesting proposals from eligible applicants, alcohol and substance use treatment providers, to offer integrated and universal HIV and Hep C testing, linkage to care, and facilitated telehealth visits (when appropriate) for the evaluation, treatment and management of HIV and Hep C; and offer prevention services including harm reduction counseling, health education and counseling for the prevention of Hep C, education on Hep A and Hep B vaccines, and HIV PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) and PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) education, linkage, or facilitated care via telehealth.
