The New York State Health Foundation (NYSHealth) 2013 Special Projects Fund Request for Proposals is now available.
Applicants must submit an online inquiry form to determine whether a proposed project fits the funding criteria.
There are two deadlines for the online inquiry form: October 22, 2012, and April 19, 2013. Selected organizations will be invited to submit full applications, which will be reviewed on a rolling basis with two deadlines: December 11, 2012, and June 7, 2013.
NYSHealth Special Projects Fund awards are one-time, non-renewable funding opportunities.
