Our Hepatitis Program leads to find and treat patients who suffer from HCV infection.
We provide the following services: HCV screening, HCV confirmatory test, HCV counseling, HCV readiness screening and counseling, Health education groups, insurance information and enrollment, HCV treatment and case management services.
