Awareness Day Content Collaborations
Creating 2 graphics for each awareness day to provide content to organizations who are limited in capacity to create and share.
Potential Collaborations: We will be directly messaging partners to collaborate on some awareness days. Outreach strategy is to email and schedule 30-minute call. Below are the days and collaboration partner. (Highlighted awareness days need partner collaboration)
- National Infant Immunization Week (April 21 – 28)
- Adult Hep B Vaccination Day (April 30 Charles B Wang)

- National Hispanic Hepatitis Awareness Day (May 15 Hispanic Federation and Latino Commission on Aids)
- Hep C & HIV Coinfection (May 17 Alliance for Positive Change)
- National Hepatitis Testing Day (May 19 Korean Community Services)
- World Hepatitis Day (July 28)
- National Immunization Awareness Month (August)
- National African Immigrant & Refugee HIV/AIDS (September 9 African Services Committee, Mount Sinai HONE, Montefiore)
- Liver Cancer Awareness Month (October)
- World Hepatitis Testing Week (November 18 – 22)

- Flyers – Design will stay the same and content will change once event information is confirmed.
- Website – Add a 2024 recap section below event content information.
Other projects
- Create 1 storytelling video on how one’s work has impacted oneself’ s and the work they’ve been doing with their community
- Potential teller: Zaida
- Invite Michelle from Hep B foundation to help us get the foundation of starting a storytelling series.
- Create a social media network, a group of active Hep Free NYC members on Instagram, X or LinkedIn, to help distribute created content to reach audience.
