New York State has expanded COVID-19 vaccine eligibility to people with certain medical conditions, which includes liver disease (such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, cirrhosis or other liver disease).
Patients can self-certify that they qualify for the COVID-19 vaccine by using the attached NYC Health Department attestation form, also found online here.
