$25,000 Cancer Prevention and Early Detection Community Grants

Hepatitis B and C are the leading risk factors for liver cancer. If your organization is working to expand access to hepatitis B or C prevention, testing, and linkage to care, consider applying for Prevent Cancer Foundation’s 2018 Community Grants. The Foundation expects to fund up to 10 $25,000 one-year awards. Registration should be completed early in the application period in order to become familiar with the application website and meet the application deadline. Please note that only organizations located in the United States and outside of the DC metro area are eligible to apply.
Organizations across the country are doing extraordinary work to get at-risk communities the education, screenings and vaccinations they need to prevent cancer or detect it early. Since 2007, the Prevent Cancer Foundation® has awarded grants to outstanding projects in 30 states, tribes and territories.
In 2017, 10 projects ranging from Honolulu to Reading, Pennsylvania, received $25,000 to provide cancer prevention education and early detection services for underserved populations in their communities. Learn more about these projects focusing on a diversity of goals, cancers and populations.
Apply today for the 2018 grants cycle. Your organization may become one of the 10 funded projects. Only organizations located in the United States and outside of the Washington DC metro area are eligible to apply. Proposals can be submitted online through proposalCentral.
