In celebration of May Hepatitis Awareness Month, Dr. Yotam Arens will present on the Trends in Incident Hep C Infection Among People with HIV Engaged Care in the US, on May 9 at 1pm.
About the presenter:
Yotam Arens, MD, is an HIV primary care physician at Weill Cornell Medicine with research training in clinical epidemiology, prediction modeling, and clinical trials. His research interests are in HIV-related co-morbidities and biomedical HIV and STI prevention. He completed his Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania focused on the impact of STIs on risk of Hep C among people with HIV.
