Description:
This one-day training is designed to provide front-line staff (patient navigators, caseworkers, test counselors and other prevention counselors), with a basic overview of Hep C and its impact in NYC. This training will also provide an overview of the roles and responsibilities of a patient navigator while highlighting successful strategies used by current Hep C patient navigation programs.
