Join this symposium that will cover practical aspects of implementing innovative interventions for Hep C, including point-of-care testing, reflex testing, telehealth, peer support, patient navigation and case finding.
It will showcase best practice models of care, highlighting key research, challenges and learnings in a collaborative environment, with the aim of supporting participants to develop or enhance their own Hep C models of care
Objectives:
- Identify areas for enhancement or scale up in your own Hep C service delivery
- Understand how a variety of interventions for Hep C work
- Identify suitable interventions to enhance Hep C service delivery
- Describe how interventions can be implemented in your service setting
- Analyze possible barriers to implementing interventions and how to overcome them
