In 2020, New York State launched its Hep C Elimination Plan—a comprehensive set of recommendations developed by a diverse taskforce that included experts, advocates, and individuals with lived experience.
As New Yorkers work together to fulfill the goals of this plan, the Hep C Elimination Coalition is focused on:
- Identifying persistent gaps in the Hep C continuum of care
- Exploring solutions to remove barriers to prevention, testing, and treatment
- Addressing health inequities that impact Hep C outcomes
Your voice is essential to this work. We are asking anyone who has been affected by Hep C to join us for a series of listening sessions. Your insights and experiences will help shape the strategies and actions New York State takes to achieve elimination.
**Individuals who attend the listening sessions will receive a $25 Costco gift card.
