This session will review current medication regimens for Hep C treatment, along with recommended on-treatment monitoring strategies. It will also cover eligibility criteria and preferred approaches for simplified treatment pathways. In addition, the session will highlight clinically important adverse events, contraindications, and key drug–drug interactions associated with Hep C C therapies.
Objectives:
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
1. Understand in whom screening for Hep C is indicated
2. Describe the Hep C testing algorithm
3. List components of pre-treatment evaluation for Hep C infection
