Hep Free NYC Patient Navigator Network
The Hep Free NYC Patient Navigator Network is a committee of the NYC Hep B Coalition & Hep C Task Force. The network serves to identify and make contact with professionals who navigate patients with Hep B or C through the health care system, in order to connect with others in a similar role, strengthen referral relationships and ensure open exchange of information, resources and opportunities.

Beginning in Summer 2014, the Network has been conducting bi-monthly tours of NYC Hep B or C Medical Care Programs.
Tours have included:
