It also introduces successful patient navigation strategies used by current Hep C patient navigation programs. This training will also provide an overview of NASTAD’s Hep C Community Navigation Toolkit and describe how the toolkit can be applied to implement and strengthen hepatitis navigation programs.  \n**It is recommended to attend both sessions – part 1 & 2. \nRSVP
