About Dr. Kushner
Tatyana Kushner, MD, MSCE is Assistant Professor in the Division of Liver Diseases at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She completed her medical school training and internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai, Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Masters in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania, and fellowship in Hepatology at University of California San Francisco. Her clinical and research interests focus on clinical predictors, epidemiological trends, and outcomes in viral hepatitis, with a particular focus on hepatitis B and Hepatitis C among women of childbearing age and during pregnancy. She heads a Women’s Liver Clinic at Mount Sinai where she provides care to women with viral hepatitis as well as other liver diseases during pregnancy and postpartum.
