Join the International Network on Health and Hepatitis in Substance Users (INHSU) for a symposium focusing on the practical implementation of effective interventions to enhance Hep C testing and treatment in carceral settings and accelerate elimination in the United States.
By the end of this symposia, you will be able to:
- Identify key features of successful models of prison and jail Hep C care
- Describe how a range of interventions work and how they can be implemented in prisons to enhance Hep C service delivery
- Outline how to develop aa business case and get buy in for implementing or scaling up Hep C testing and treatment services in prisons and jails
- Analyze barriers for implementing Hep C testing and treatment services in prisons and jails and how to overcome them
