An Hep C Elimination Program Virtual Series

Objective:

• Reduce the stigma of persons who use drugs and/or persons living with hepatitis among healthcare providers
• Increase provider awareness of harm reduction and complimentary services for persons who use drugs
• Foster trust in healthcare services among people living with HCV and/or people who use drugs
• Reduce morbidity and mortality

The Project Echo Model:

• Uses technology to leverage scarce resources
• Share best practices to reduce disparities
• Apply case-based learning to master complexity
• Evaluate and monitor outcomes
