Does the Governor’s promise to eliminate hep C as a public health threat mean for the Bronx?

Do we make sure State funding goes to people who need it most?

Do we build community power to make sure viral hepatitis programs meet our needs?

Join us to hear from and be heard by elected officials, providers and fellow Bronx residents!

Event is free and open to the public

WHO:     You, health care providers (including community health workers, navigators, nurses, hep c program staff, doctors)

WHAT:     Bronx Hep C Elimination Campaign launch

WHEN:     Friday, October 18th, 3PM to 5PM

WHERE:     Argus Community Center, 760 East 160th Street

 

Directions:

By Train – 2 or 5 train to Prospect Ave.

By Bus: BX6 to Trinity Ave.

BX4 to Westchester Ave and 156th St

BX17 to Westchester and Prospect Ave.
